The 14th Annual Wings for Children Fly Around Town

When: August 11 & 12, Noon to 5 PM

Where: Allegheny County Airport, located in West Mifflin

Why: Benefits Wings for Children. We are a Pittsburgh based 501-c-3 non-profit providing free personal air transportation to children with chronic and life threatening illnesses and fly over 100 mission flights each year.

How much: Pay 20-cents for each pound you weigh for a flight over Pittsburgh. See Heinz Field, PNC Park, The Cathedral of Learning & Kennywood from 1,100 feet in the air!!!

The details: Open to all ages. No reservations are required. Flights are provided on a first come first serve basis. We will fly 100 fights each day, serving roughly 300 people. Hot dogs, clowns & a moonwalk for the kids and a Sunday Car Cruise for the grown ups.
